Nowadays, these are buzz terms to describe many various consultants – what is a private one on one consult with Jodie?

It is a face to face, telephone or Skype facilitated discussion. The first consult is FREE so you can be assured the services are relevant for you now. We will discuss what you are wanting to achieve, that may be; motivation, clarity, confidence, enhance skills in leadership or you may be after some career mentoring in job applications or direction. I also have an extensive ‘toolkit’ into a program that is for enhancing business management techniques, results and growth.

The Philosophy

The consults are about assessment and learning. That may sound a little clinical, they are structured but not clinical. It’s based on building a relationship where honesty and focus are the core elements of identifying your key strengths, the blindspots and strategies that will give you career and business confidence.

The Process

First up is a questionnaire that you complete, it helps us identify some of your strengths, uncovers hurdles and blindspots, also confirms that you are committed to take action for results. The first personal appointment is around forty minutes.

Our first meeting is about looking at options and following up with some leading questions to ensure we have an ideal plan to achieve the results you want in your career or business.

It is my role to question your approaches, extend and enhance your thinking processes by linking you with effective activities and resources. Some of these activities may be about personal development ie clarity, confidence, motivation or the activities may have a focus of skill development ie interview success, resumes, assertiveness, conflict management, public speaking, leadership, managing others, business planning or growth.

Every session will be followed up with a summary of what we covered and any relevant recommendations and resources. These summaries will be emailed direct to you.

You also have the opportunity to become part of the ‘invest’ community for additional motivation, support and accountability. Working together is where we will really see your Awesomeness!
